Whatever your fitness level, age or goals, I can help you get fit and transform your body shape. I design and offer exercise programmes for men and women of all ages and fitness levels, and specialise in weight loss, improving muscle tone and pre and post-natal fitness.
If you love training alone, I can come to your home and train you there; if you prefer a gym I have my own studio that is completely private. If you like exercising with a friend then paired personal training could work, or if you prefer exercising in a group or you’re on a budget then bootcamp could be the best solution.
I’ll never make you do anything you don’t want to do, but I will push you to achieve the best possible you.
I also offer nutrition advice, either alongside or separate from the fitness – although the best results are always achieved by tackling both together.
