I’m fully trained and qualified in one of the latest fitness crazes to hit the UK – Kettercise. And there’s a reason it’s so popular – it can transform your body in only three months! The classes start with a cardio session to get the heart rate going and loosen joints, then 37 different exercises using a kettlebell, which are all carried out for a minute each, and are specifically designed to target different parts of the body. It will leave you feeling energised and, if you do it regularly, you’ll see your body tone up and get stronger. And even better, one session can burn up to 600 calories! Kettlercise takes place at Gables Hall at 9.15am on Mondays and at All Saints Church Hall on Thursdays and Fridays (again at 9.15am).
