Kettlercise
I am fully trained and qualified in kettlebells. I use them in personal training sessions, and I also teach a class solely using this multi-functional piece of equipment.
Using kettlebells burns fat and improves muscle strength whilst being low impact.
Some of the movements, such as the swing and snatch, are complex and need to be taught correctly in order to avoid injury.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
I am a qualified instructor of Metafit PWR. MetaPWR is a 30-minute metabolic resistance workout designed to build muscle and boost metabolism using functional equipment such as slam balls, battle-ropes, sandbags and kettlebells. It’s a power circuit class, with limited rest, to maximise calorie burn and enhance metabolic rate during and after the workout.
