Whether you want to tone up, lose weight or get stronger  — or all three – I can help you achieve your goal.

If you choose the personal training option, I will tailor your exercise plan to suit your lifestyle, fitness levels and goals. I will never make you do something you don’t want to do (so if you’re afraid I’m going to make you run miles on your first session then don’t worry!) I will always listen to you, first and foremost. I’m trained in the latest fitness methods, including kettlebells, boxing, TRX suspension training and Olympic weightlifting. I will teach you techniques you’ve never used before and incorporate those you enjoy in your bespoke programme.

I also offer different packages to suit your needs, budget and time, and if you sign up for six weeks or longer I include a free food diary analysis.

  • Personal training packages Personal training packages Personal training prices vary depending on the duration of a session and the frequency of your training. Some of my clients train twice a week for half an hour, others train three times a week for an hour each time. I offer discounts for multiple sessions, so the more often you train, the more you will save. Please contact me for more information on prices.
