I’m Jilly, and I’m a personal trainer with more than 15 years of experience. No matter what your current fitness levels, age, experience or health conditions, I can help you reach your goals.

Using my extensive knowledge, I can design and instruct exercise programmes for men and women of all ages from 14 to 80+.  I specialise in weight loss and increasing muscle mass.

I also hold a GP referral qualification, which means I am able to train clients with conditions such as osteoporosis, arthritis, and Type 2 diabetes. Training with me can alleviate painful joints and help you become stronger and more confident. (Link to gp referral page.)

I have my own completely private fitness studio. I offer 1-2-1 PT sessions, joint sessions (reducing the cost), as well as group personal training for those who prefer to exercise in company.

Rest assured l will never make you do anything you don’t want to do, but I will encourage you to push yourself so that you’re proud of what you’ve achieved.

If you sign up to six or more PT sessions, I also offer free nutrition advice, helping you to tackle both diet and fitness together in order to achieve the best results.

  • Personal training packages Personal training packages Personal training prices vary depending on the duration of a session and the frequency of your training. Some of my clients train twice a week for half an hour, others train three times a week for an hour each time. I offer discounts for multiple sessions, so the more often you train, the more you will save. Please contact me for more information on prices.
