BOOTCAMP tomorrow share
So we are doing the fit test tomorrow night as some of you I believe have improved – those who are training for triathlons the berko half marathon etc. However so as not to put off mere mortals if you want to take part but for me not to record your time i promise that you can x

Outside sportspace tonight because it’s half term and not expecting a full turn out thanks jilly
When to avoid the fit test share
Right to prevent fall out because you are prempting the fit test I am going to tell you when it will be and thats on weds 27th after halfterm.
Tomorrow is going to be outside as normal and we will be doing drills to improve your running and help with triathlon training.

Would like to do kettlebells this weds? share
Please can you let me know if you would like to do kettlercise at espinosa this Wednesday BOOTCAMP. The cost of the room is quite high so need to have enough responses to make it viable. Can then leave kettles in venue for next days class.

Wednesdays BOOTCAMP share
BOOTCAMP in all saints church hall on Wednesday. Please bring a mat with you as I can’t get my car out so can only carry so much. Thanks jilly ps that should tell you it’s not kettlercise

Hello ladies
Tonight’s BOOTCAMP will be outside. Normal place sportspace.
We will be running a lot so pack any day glo clothes you have!
Saturday’s BOOTCAMP will be at the health hub gym as its forecast snow and am taking the HH circuit class at 8 am so if you are A member of the Health Hub and would like to do that instead you are very welcome.
