Dependent on your goal and budget I offer different personal training packages to suit you. You can enjoy and benefit from personal training sessions on their own or use them in conjunction with the nutrition package - the choice is yours.
If you are on a budget and enjoy exercising with others try Bootcamp or Kettercise. Both classes combine cardio with resistance to achieve maximum results
Will be outside. Meet by football pitch at sports pace as normal please. For all those fair weathered ladies will do kettlercise week after in church hall.
