Dependent on your goal and budget I offer different personal training packages to suit you. You can enjoy and benefit from personal training sessions on their own or use them in conjunction with the nutrition package - the choice is yours.
If you are on a budget and enjoy exercising with others try Bootcamp or Kettercise. Both classes combine cardio with resistance to achieve maximum results
If you don’t know what to ask for for Christmas or would like a fitter other half I do vouchers for Xmas for both personal training and nutrition (where there is currently an offer on) see nutrition page. Vouchers come in a gift card!
