Dependent on your goal and budget I offer different personal training packages to suit you. You can enjoy and benefit from personal training sessions on their own or use them in conjunction with the nutrition package - the choice is yours.
If you are on a budget and enjoy exercising with others try Bootcamp or Kettercise. Both classes combine cardio with resistance to achieve maximum results
Please can you let me know if you would like to do kettlercise at espinosa this Wednesday BOOTCAMP. The cost of the room is quite high so need to have enough responses to make it viable. Can then leave kettles in venue for next days class.
