New mini health assessment share
This Thursday 10th jan Katie O Connell and myself are offering 30 minute health assessments from 10.30 to 1pm at the health hub.
This includes a body composition analysis, healthy eating plan and fitness assessment. Sessions cost £20 and are by appointment only. Email emma at info@thehealthhub.net to book.

Just a reminder that Katie o Connell and myself are doing another zest for life seminar which arms you with enough info to lose weight and gain vitality for life. It is being held next Friday 11th jan from 9.30am to 11am at carmenta life centre behind st peters church. It costs £15. Let me know if you would like to book a place – first come first served! I know a lot of my clients have attended this seminar and have lost weight but for any one who is still baffled by diets this one works!

I have asked two people who shall remain nameless whether they would prefer to be outside or in the gym and they said outside! So please meet outside sportspace with gloves hat and light reflector if you have one. We will be running and doing thigh work! Don’t forget running in freezing temperatures burns more calories!!!
