Zest for life and JillyB seminar share

Katie o Connell and myself are doing another zest for life seminar which arms you with enough info to lose weight and gain vitality for life. It is being held on Friday 11th jan from 9.30am to 11am at carmenta life centre behind st peters church. It costs £15. Let me know if you would like to book a place – first come first served!
